Injury statistics from IOBI and Public Health Observatories
This site contains analyses, and links to sites containing analyses, of the scale of the injury problem on individuals and society. Some analyses focus on mortality (deaths) and others on hospital admissions and emergency department attendances from injury. Others relate to specific types of incidents in which people are injured or put at high risk, such as car crashes and house fires. Our aim is to increase the amount of data available over time.
